Mashed potatoes
Overview
Potatoes are a very common ingredient. If used well, they can be used to make high-end dishes. I have always wanted to eat French baked mashed potatoes, but I was short of ingredients and made some simple and delicious common mashed potatoes. It can replace rice and reduce fat

Steps
-
Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes, put them in a pot and cook them (they are cooked if they can be pierced with chopsticks)
-
Dice the cucumber and marinate it with a little salt. This will enhance the flavor of the cucumber and make it crispy
-
Finely dice carrots, mushrooms, and pickled peppers (prepare whatever you like, these can be replaced with corn kernels, peas, diced ham, diced sausage, etc.)
-
After the potatoes are cooked, take them out and drain them for a while
-
Some people directly pour it into a bowl and use a spoon to mash it into a puree. You can also prepare a fresh-keeping bag, a rolling pin or other bottles and beat it into a puree. It is very convenient and delicate
-
If you beat it into mud, you can also roll it out
-
Look, the mashed potatoes are very delicate
-
Pour a little oil, stir-fry the diced fine dices until fragrant
-
Pour the stir-fried diced potatoes into the mashed potatoes, add the diced cucumbers, add salt and mix well
-
Use a rice bowl to shape it upside down, or use other molds to make a more beautiful shape. Add a little embellishment and you're done!
