Overview
Purple sweet potato is one of my favorite foods. In addition to the health benefits of eating more whole grains, I also like its color. It seems to make people feel good and increase their appetite.

Pour the filtered pudding liquid into the baking bowl, do not fill it up, it should be about 80% full

Put it in the oven and bake at 150 degrees for about 25 minutes (set according to your oven conditions) until the surface of the pudding is slightly colored
