Garlic Purslane

Overview

Seeing purslane reminds me of the time when I was a child, I took a shovel to dig purslane in the vegetable field. The purslane in the vegetable field grew very strong, and I could shovel a small basket in a short time. It was delicious when I took it home and steamed or fried it.

  1. Wash purslane.

  2. Shred the onions and ginger, and mince the garlic.

  3. Boil water: Add water to the pot, add a spoonful of salt, add purslane after the water boils, and take it out after 1 minute.

  4. Heat the oil in the pot, add the onions, ginger, and minced garlic (put half and leave half) and stir-fry until the flavors are released, then add the purslane.

  5. Stir-fry quickly for 2 minutes, then add the remaining minced garlic, stir-fry for 1 minute and remove.

  6. Finished product.
