The fifteenth day of the first lunar month is the Lantern Festival. I wish everyone a happy Lantern Festival! I made glutinous rice balls, a delicacy of the Lantern Festival, for the occasion. Nowadays, there are many different ways to make them. Occasional innovations can change the ordinary life. But I still like the traditional filling in my heart - black sesame and peanut filling! Made by myself, it is mellow and fragrant, and still has the same taste as before~~~

  1. Scald the dough with hot water and knead it into a smooth dough. Place a layer of wet cloth or plastic wrap on top to prevent the dough from drying out. Cover with a lid and let it rest for 15 minutes

  4. Stir until it becomes thick and lumpy. If you accidentally add too much oil, put it in the freezer of the refrigerator. It will freeze for a while. Be sure to watch it carefully

  5. Roll into round shape, about 10g each

  6. Take a small piece of noodles, about 18g, which will be thin in skin and large in filling. When cooking, boil water over high heat and cook over low heat, otherwise it will break. Use your thumb to make a small bowl and put in the filling
