Overview

First fry the peanuts in a pan (remember not to add oil and keep the pan dry). Crush the fried peanuts and peel them and set aside. Then put the white sugar in a clean pot and wait until the sugar is completely melted. Do not use too much heat, as the sugar will easily burn and become bitter. Then add the peanuts, walnuts and sesame seeds into the melted sugar water and stir-fry until the sugar is completely coated on the nuts. Find a flat container and grease it with oil. Put the peanut candy into the container. Use an oiled spatula to flatten the peanut candy. Grease the knife with oil and cut the peanut candy into small strips while it's still hot. Place it in the refrigerator for 2 hours before eating.
