Korean fried rice cake
Overview
Because I made several portions of kimchi last week, I’m really craving for the sour, sweet, spicy taste, so I’ve been cooking food related to kimchi lately😄

Wash the onions and rice cakes and cut the kimchi into sections. Put it in a small bowl and pour some kimchi juice together... set aside

Put a little oil in the pan and fry the onions until fragrant

Pour in the kimchi and stir-fry twice, then add a large bowl of water and cook over low heat

After the water boils, put the washed rice cakes in and cook over low heat, then add a tablespoon of Korean chili sauce and a teaspoon of sugar

Spread the chili sauce and stir evenly... put the rice cake in the pot and cook for 3 or 5 minutes. At the end, reduce the juice over high heat and you can scoop it out ~

After the finished product is out of the pot, sprinkle with cooked white sesame seeds and green onions to garnish~ It’s so appetizing😍😍😍
