  1. Put the rice in the rice cooker, put the same amount of water as you usually put in for cooking, put the rice aside and soak it for 15 minutes.

  2. Cut the tofu, celery, and onion into small dices, cut the green onion and ginger into sections, and slice the meat.

  3. Add oil to the pot, put the meat slices into the pot and stir-fry until cooked, remove and set aside.

  4. Leave some oil in the pot, first add onions and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, then add celery, onions and tofu and stir-fry for a few times. Add the meat slices, add two spoons of soybean paste or spicy bean paste and stir-fry evenly.

  7. After the rice cooker light is turned on and the rice is cooked, don't open the lid and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
