Put the rice in the rice cooker, put the same amount of water as you usually put in for cooking, put the rice aside and soak it for 15 minutes.

Cut the tofu, celery, and onion into small dices, cut the green onion and ginger into sections, and slice the meat.

Add oil to the pot, put the meat slices into the pot and stir-fry until cooked, remove and set aside.

Leave some oil in the pot, first add onions and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, then add celery, onions and tofu and stir-fry for a few times. Add the meat slices, add two spoons of soybean paste or spicy bean paste and stir-fry evenly.

Add the stir-fried vegetables to the rice pot and mix well.

Press the cooking button to start cooking rice.

After the rice cooker light is turned on and the rice is cooked, don't open the lid and let it simmer for 10 minutes.

If you like it fragrant, you can sprinkle chopped coriander and green onion on top to make it taste more fragrant.
