Stir-fried pork liver
Overview
There are many ways to make pork liver, but my favorite is stir-fried. It’s spicy and delicious, and it goes really well with rice

Cut the pork liver into thin slices and set aside

Marinate the cut pork liver with a spoonful of cooking wine, a spoonful of light soy sauce and a small spoonful of cornstarch for ten minutes

Pork belly cut into thin slices

Cut green pepper into small pieces

Prepare other materials as shown in the picture

Heat oil in a pan, add pork belly and stir-fry

Fry until the pork belly turns yellow and becomes dry. Pour off excess oil, leaving enough oil for cooking. Add star anise, cinnamon, ginger slices, and garlic slices in order and saute until fragrant

Add the marinated pork liver and quickly break it up, stir-fry for two minutes

Add the green pepper and stir-fry until the green pepper is cooked

Add salt and chicken essence and stir-fry evenly, add a little water and stir-fry twice, take it out of the pan and put it on a plate
