  1. Fully rinse and sterilize the inner tank of the yogurt machine with boiling water.

  2. Prepare pure milk and yogurt cultures.

  3. First pour about 100ml of pure milk, add 2 tablespoons of white sugar and bring to a boil over low heat. Stir while cooking to melt the sugar.

  8. Turn on the power and ferment for 5-10 hours. Wait until the milk solidifies. The weather is hot now, so you can usually cut off the power after 5 hours.

  9. The prepared yogurt can be eaten immediately or placed in the refrigerator for a few hours for a better flavor! When eating, you can also add condensed milk, honey, fruit or jam to taste according to your personal preference.
