Fried Bitter Gourd with Sausage
Overview
When I went to the supermarket today, I saw that the bitter melons on sale were quite fresh and not expensive. They were on sale, so I weighed one back. To be honest, I have never really liked eating bitter melon, but when I thought about its benefits, I began to slowly accept it, not to mention that eating more can help you lose weight, so don’t miss it. Many people are afraid of the bitter taste of bitter melon and don't eat it. Fortunately, I have a little trick to reduce the bitter taste. First, marinate it with salt and filter out the juice, which can remove part of the bitter taste. Then, pair it with the salty aroma of sausage and cured meat, and the bitter melon is not so repellent. It’s a very simple quick stir-fry, but it goes well together and tastes really good. If you don’t believe me, try it.
