Wash and cut the long beans into small pieces and set aside.

Wash tomatoes and peppers.

Cut into chunks or segments.

Heat oil in a pan, add tomatoes and pepper and stir-fry.

Add the beans and stir-fry, add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry evenly.

Cover and simmer over low heat.

Simmer for about ten minutes, opening the lid and stirring occasionally.
