Wash the beef brisket and cut it into pieces. Blanch the beef brisket and rinse with hot water. Then add water to the pot, add the beef brisket, dried hawthorn, ginger and wine. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for about 1 hour. Dish out and set aside.

Cut the pumpkin a little lower on the top, hollow out the inside, wash it, steam it in a pot and set aside.
