Walnut yam buns
Overview
Adding mashed yam and walnut powder to the bread is healthy and nutritious without affecting the taste at all. The finished product is rich in flavor and very soft. I like it very much. Perfect for breakfast.

Peel and steam the iron stick yam until cooked and soft, then press into puree (it is best to sift it once)

Mix together all ingredients except butter and walnut powder.

Knead until expanded, add butter and knead evenly.

Add walnut powder and mix well.

Basic fermentation is carried out at room temperature.

Ferment until doubled in size, press to deflate and divide into 9 equal parts, roll into a round ball and cover with plastic wrap to rest for 10 minutes.

Round again and place in a non-stick pan. Place in a warm and humid place for secondary fermentation.

Let it rise until doubled in size and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. (Tinfoil needs to be covered in the middle)

Remove from the mold and brush the surface with a little melted butter.
