Overview

The last time I went to the supermarket to buy seasonings, I accidentally discovered steamed meat rice noodles and quickly bought two packs back...O(∩_∩)O hahaha~, lazy people are in for a treat.

Steps

  1. Wash potatoes and cut into pieces. My steamer isn't very powerful, so I chop it into smaller pieces. Everyone depends on their own situation.

  2. Wash the pork belly and slice it into slices. The meat is half fat and half lean, and tastes good.

  3. Mix the pork belly and steamed pork rice noodles. You can pour some sesame oil on it to make it look shiny. Wear disposable gloves and grasp it evenly with your hands so that every piece of meat is wrapped in steamed pork rice noodles. Marinate for 20 minutes to absorb the flavor. The rice noodles I bought were lighter in color. If you like the color darker, you can add a little dark soy sauce.

  4. Marinate the potatoes as well. Okay, just put it in the pot and steam it. I steamed it in a rice cooker, cooking the rice on the bottom and steaming the meat on the top. The rice is cooked, and so is the steamed pork. O(∩_∩)O~!
