The milk will clump quickly, so turn off the heat.

It is best to lay a thinner cloth on the drying net. Two layers of gauze are the best. I didn't have any, so I used a cloth used for making tofu and filtered out the milk. The filtered milk serum can be drank directly and tastes very good, so it should be collected in a clean container

Because it was relatively hot, after I filtered the milk whey, I used the method of pressing tofu, pressing it with a heavy object for an hour, so that the remaining milk whey inside could be filtered as cleanly as possible.
