Wash live shrimps. Put all the seasonings into the pot and add cold water to the pot.

Or microwave it every three to two minutes, making sure there are gaps between the shrimp meat and shells. It depends on your personal preference. I like to microwave until the skin is crispy. If you have an oven, you can bake it on high heat for 10 minutes and on low heat for 40 minutes, until the skin is crispy. I'm very lazy, so what I share is sun-drying.
