Prepare half a bowl of chopped green onions and set aside.

Cut a piece of old tofu into 1.5cm cubes, and cut two millet grains into sections for later use.

Chop some ginger and set aside.

The dried old soy beans are ready for later use.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the minced ginger and stir-fry twice.

Add a tablespoon of soy beans and stir-fry a few times.

Then add millet cubes and diced tofu and fry for a minute. Add a spoonful of salt and stir-fry for a minute.

Pour half a bowl of water and boil for two minutes.

Add the chopped green onions.

Just stir-fry a few times.

Put it into a bowl and the tofu paste is ready.
