Yogurt and carrot shreds
Overview
Carrots are rich in a variety of vitamins, which strengthen the spleen and stomach and lower blood lipids, so they are suitable to be eaten more. Yogurt contains lactic acid bacteria, which helps digestion and supplements calcium, so you should also eat more. There is a cold dish in the local meal, which is a good combination of these two ingredients. The sourness is slightly sweet, and the milky aroma is mixed with the aroma of garlic. It is really appetizing.
