Wonton wrapper fried dumplings
Overview
Wonton wrapper pan-fried dumplings are small in size and are as easy to make as wrapping wontons. Wrap them in advance and put them in the freezer. When I woke up early, I had a portion of fried dumplings that were as crispy, fragrant and fresh as a breakfast restaurant.

You can add additional ingredients to the meat filling according to your preference.

Center both sides of the wonton wrappers together as shown.
-
As shown in the picture, there is no need to pinch the left and right sides of the fried dumplings.
-
Pour cooking oil into a non-stick pan, spread the fried dumplings in a flat layer, fry over medium-low heat until the bottom is slightly brown, add a little water (just enough water to cover the bottom of the fried dumplings), cover the pot, and simmer the water in the pot until the frying is complete.

Finished product is plated. The wonton wrapper pan-fried dumplings have a crispy bottom and taste just like regular pan-fried dumplings.
