Sweet corn.

Cauliflower (broken into small florets and washed), ginger slices (forgot to take a photo).

Wash the sweet corn, cut it on the cutting board and set aside.

Wash the ribs and chop them on the cutting board.

Put the chopped ribs and ginger slices into a pot of water and blanch them. Take them out.

Then, put the blanched ribs into the pressure cooker and add appropriate amount of water and cooking wine.

Cover and cook for 10 minutes, then turn off the heat.

Simmer until there is no air and then open the lid.

Then, add the chopped sweet corn and cauliflower and cook until the cauliflower is tender and tender.
