Black Truffle Baked Potatoes
Overview
Potatoes, the most common carbohydrate, are very common ingredients on Chinese and Western tables. As far as North America is concerned, the most common ones are French Fries, Mashed Potato and Baked Potato. For today’s baked potatoes, I will also introduce how to use a microwave to achieve similar effects.

First we review the material. Preheat oven to 450F/220C. (If you use a microwave, there is no need to preheat)

Cut bacon into small slices.

Fry the bacon in a small pan to drain the oil, remove and place on kitchen paper to absorb the oil and set aside. If the oil content is not enough, you can add an appropriate amount of butter.

Use a pair of chopsticks and place them on both sides of the potato.

Cut the potatoes into thin slices without cutting off the bottoms.

Brush each potato slice with the oil from step 3.

Sprinkle with sea salt and place in the oven for 50 minutes. (Friends of microwave ovens, set the microwave oven to high temperature and bake for 15 minutes)

Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the potatoes and bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes until the surface of the cheese is slightly golden. (Microwave oven: Leave it at room temperature for 5 minutes, spread the cheese, and then bake at high temperature for 4-6 minutes)

After taking it out, sprinkle the bacon crisps from step 3, and put sour cream/mayonnaise and black truffle sauce on the surface.
