Overview

Not as delicious as dumplings, fried dumplings are especially delicious. The crispy skin, once you bite into it, the aroma is deep in your bones. Of course, if you want the fried dumplings to be authentic, they must be freshly made by hand!

  1. Handmade dumplings. I prefer the one stuffed with chives and pork, which has a richer aroma.

  2. Put a small amount of oil in the pan, reduce the heat, arrange the dumplings one by one, turn the heat back to high for about a minute, pour cold water from the side of the pan, the amount of water is just enough to cover the dumplings, then cover the pan and wait over high heat.

  3. After about ten minutes, the water is almost dry and a golden shell has formed on the bottom of the dumplings. Use a flat spatula to turn the dumplings over, cover the lid and simmer for about two minutes. Both sides will be golden and the texture will be crispier.
