Bake the peanuts in the oven at 150 degrees for 20 minutes, turning the peanuts twice in the middle.

Peel the peanuts and cut them into halves with a knife.

Put oil in the pot, add sugar, and bring to a boil over low heat. Be sure to use low heat.

The sugar slowly melts, stirring constantly.

Add maltose, stirring constantly.

Use chopsticks to save some sugar and put it into a bowl of cold water. Once it becomes crispy, you can add peanuts.

Quick eyes and quick hands, stir quickly.

Pour onto a plate lined with tin foil, press flat, and sprinkle a layer of sesame seeds on top.

Cut into pieces when warm.
