Spiced Lima Beans

Spiced Lima Beans

Overview

I remember when I was a kid, we used to eat spiced broad beans. When my dad went on a business trip to Shanghai, he would always buy a big bag of them home. They are chewy and fragrant, and have a chewy feel. Occasionally, I saw lima beans in the supermarket, which were about the same size as broad beans. I had an idea and made a dish of spiced broad beans to enjoy while watching TV series.

  4. Fry until the water is completely dry. When some beans burst into the mouth, it proves that they are completely cooked. Remove from the pan and let cool. If you can't finish eating, put it in a tight box and put it in the refrigerator.
