Sugar Osmanthus

Overview

The sweet scent of the sweet osmanthus is refreshing, so I made a bottle of sugar osmanthus to retain the scent.

Ingredients

Steps

1. 1 Soak the osmanthus flowers in salt water to remove impurities.

   

2. 2 Drain and let dry.

   

3. 3 Put it in the pot and add rock sugar

   

4. 4 Add water and cook over low heat

   

5. 5 After boiling, simmer over low heat

   

6. 6 Simmer until the juice thickens and turn off the heat.

   

7. 7 Pour into a clean bottle, let it cool, pour in the honey, cover and refrigerate.
