A piece of Fushou fish, processed and cleaned.

Chop into larger pieces.

Cut the tofu into cubes, clean and slice the sauerkraut.

Slice ginger, slice garlic, and cut chilli padi into small pieces.

Add oil to the pot, add ginger slices and garlic slices and sauté until fragrant.

Add sauerkraut and chilli padi and stir-fry for a few times, set aside.

Heat the pan with oil and fry the fish pieces on both sides.

Add enough boiling water to the pot at once, cover and simmer over high heat for a few minutes until the soup thickens.

Add the sauerkraut and tofu, cover and continue cooking for a few minutes.

Finally add appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence and pepper.
