Wash and drain the cabbage and cut into small pieces and set aside.

Cut the pork belly into thin slices (cooked in water in advance) and mince the garlic.

Add the pork belly to the pot and stir-fry over medium heat until lightly browned on both sides.

Add minced garlic and stir-fry over high heat until fragrant.

Add the milk cabbage and stir-fry.

Stir-fry until it changes color, add salt and chicken essence, stir-fry evenly and turn off the heat.

Remove from pan and plate.
