Remove garlic and slice into slices

Drain the Hakka tofu with kitchen paper, then cut into 1 cm thick squares

Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pot, spread the tofu and fry until fragrant.

Fry until golden brown on both sides, set aside

Wash the celery and cut into 5cm long strips

Slice the lean meat and marinate with a little light soy sauce and cornstarch for 15 minutes

Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pot and sauté the garlic slices

Pour in the meat slices and stir-fry until cooked through

Pour in the celery and stir-fry

Then pour the fried tofu into

Sprinkle in salt and sugar

Add a little light soy sauce
