Rock sugar bird's nest
Overview
The first thing to say is that I don’t understand bird’s nest. This bird's nest was given to his father by his eldest sister. My father-in-law and mother-in-law kept it and didn’t eat it. This year my mother-in-law said she planned to give it away. I asked why not stew it for Dad to eat? Look at him, he always has a cough. My mother-in-law said she couldn’t do it. So I said, wait until I buy an electric stew pot, and I will make some for you. When the electric stew pot arrives at home, I quickly call my mother-in-law and ask her to pick up a piece of bird's nest and soak it in it at night. So, I took a photo of this recipe while making it the next day.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cover the bird's nest with clean water and soak it overnight
-
The next day, I rinsed it four or five times with clean water and removed the fine lint under the sun.
-
Take the rinsed bird's nest and put it into two small stew pots. Add seven layers of warm water. Do not fill it up
-
Close the lid of the stew pot and add water to the stew pot
-
The remaining feet are not needed because there is fine sand
-
Close the outer cover
-
Turn on the power and start stewing, I timed it
-
When the time is almost up, add an appropriate amount of rock sugar and simmer until the time is up.
-
You don’t need to eat too much each time, just half a bowl is enough.
