Have all materials ready.

Add the pearl powder balls to boiling water and cook for 30 minutes. Do not cover, observe the state of the pearl powder balls, stir, and add appropriate amount of sugar to taste. When the whole body of the pearl powder balls becomes transparent, turn off the heat, take out the pearl powder balls and soak them in cold water and set aside.

Boil the milk.
