Fresh red pepper bought at the morning market

Wash the pedicle and dry the surface moisture

Remove the stems from the dried chili peppers

Cut into small pieces and set aside

Peel garlic and ginger

Cut the ginger into small pieces and put them into a sterilized meat mincer that is oil-free and water-free

Pour in the garlic cloves

Start the meat mincer and it will be ready in less than ten seconds

Stir the minced garlic and ginger into granular form, do not stir them too finely

Add diced red pepper

Start the meat mincer and stir for 10 seconds. The peppers should be kept in a larger particle shape and should not be too minced

Take out the stirred chili and pour it into a sterilized oil-free and water-free basin

Add sugar, salt

Mix thoroughly and then add 2 tablespoons of high-grade white wine (I used high-grade sorghum wine made by my relatives)

Sterilize the container and dry it to ensure it is oil-free and water-free

Put the chopped peppers into sterilized oil-free and water-free containers

Cover with plastic wrap
-
Screw on the lid and place it in a cool and ventilated place for one day, then refrigerate in the refrigerator
