Overview
How can we not have a cute biscuit in the Year of the Sheep? I made a few sets to give to my relatives and friends to have a happy New Year of the Goat. Haha

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare ingredients for making cookies
-
Beat the softened butter with an electric whisk
-
Pour in the powdered sugar and stir until the butter and powdered sugar are completely combined. Do not over stir
-
Add the egg liquid in three batches, each time being completely incorporated before adding the next one
-
Sift in the flour and mix well
-
After kneading the dough evenly, put it in a plastic bag and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour
-
After taking it out, put plastic wrap on the top and bottom of the biscuit dough, roll it out with a rolling pin, roll it out to about 0.3cm thick, and put it in the oven at 160 degrees for 12-15 minutes
-
Sometimes if the mixture is uneven, the biscuits will bulge during the baking process. Don’t be nervous. Wear insulated gloves and take out the baking pan. Use a toothpick to prick the bulging area and press it gently; the pricked area will not be visible at all after spreading the frosting
-
Outline the outline with white icing
-
Spread white icing all over the body and let dry
-
Use gray icing to draw a sheep’s face
-
Then cover the face with gray icing, use white icing to make the bottom of the eyes, and finally add black dots to make the eyes, draw a Y-shaped mouth, and draw eyelashes
-
Then use white outline icing to draw the hair on the lamb's head. Finally, draw a curved line as the wool, and a cute sheep bleating is ready
