【Golden Crust Rice Pizza】---A bowl of leftover rice turns around again
Overview
Counting pizza, it is actually very common. I often leave a small piece of dough out when making steamed buns, and then bake a small pizza. Of course, this time it is not the leftover dough from making steamed buns, haha~~. Originally, this time I wanted to make another one that I had planned. When I was making the noodles, my daughter was watching with her chin off, and suddenly said to me: Mom, why do you think pizza only has vegetables and no rice? I hesitated for a moment and didn't react. Then I thought about it, yes. Anyway, there was a big bowl of leftover rice, so I tried the rice version of pizza instead. It tasted great. It had rice, noodles, meat, vegetables, and cheese. Eating a piece of it is absolutely filling and nutritious.

Steps
-
Make the pizza base first: Prepare the ingredients for the pizza base: pumpkin, flour, and yeast.
-
Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and steam it in a pot.
-
Take it out while it's still hot, add sugar and salt, and press with a spoon to form pumpkin puree.
-
When it is warm, add the yeast, then slowly add the flour, stirring to form a floc, and then knead into a smooth dough.
-
Cover with plastic wrap and ferment until 2 to 2.5 times its original size.
-
After the fermented dough is taken out and deflated, knead it into the size of the original dough, and then roll it into a thin sheet slightly larger than the mold.
-
Transfer the pie sheet to the baking sheet, roll up the edge of the dough sheet into a circle, make some small holes in the middle with a fork, then cover with plastic wrap and let the dough rise for half an hour. (This time depends on the season and weather. It’s cold now, so it takes a little longer)
-
During this time, heat up the leftover rice in the microwave and prepare the necessary side dishes. Prepare pizza toppings:
-
First cut the beef into small pieces, add a little salt and pepper, mix well and marinate.
-
Cut the carrots, mushrooms, and broccoli into small pieces, blanch them in the pot together with the corn, and cut the onions, red bell peppers, and mozzarella cheese into shreds.
-
Take out the heated rice, crack in the eggs while it's still hot, add an appropriate amount of salt and pepper, and wear gloves to grasp evenly. (In this way, the rice will be very sticky and have an eggy aroma)
-
Spread a layer of pizza sauce on the bottom of the pizza, then cut the ham slices in half, surround the edge of the pizza bottom, and sprinkle with a layer of shredded cheese.
-
Cover with rice.
-
Spread a layer of shredded cheese on the rice and sprinkle with marinated beef cubes.
-
Then sprinkle in appropriate amounts of other garnishes.
-
Finally sprinkle in a layer of shredded cheese.
-
Place in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes on the middle rack to complete.
