Add an appropriate amount of black sesame powder, an appropriate amount of white sugar, add melted lard, and mix well. (I used the microwave for 1 minute to melt the lard) Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Roll into small balls and set aside.

Add appropriate amount of water to glutinous rice flour and knead the dough evenly.

Take an appropriate amount of dough, flatten it slightly, wrap the sesame balls around them, (I divided the sesame balls in half again), pinch them tightly and roll them into a round shape. (Gently press the glutinous rice balls, it is a little difficult to wrap)

The glutinous rice balls can be stored in the refrigerator after being rolled.

Boil the water, add the glutinous rice balls and cook until they float. Pour in cold water and cook again until they float.

Serve on a platter.
