Ingredients
Steps
-
After the raw peanuts are roasted, remove the red coating and use a food processor to break them slightly (not too broken). Roast the black sesame seeds and grind them into powder
-
After the butter is softened, add sugar and 15 grams of egg yolk
-
Beat with a whisk until fluffy
-
Sift cake flour into butter mixture
-
Mix well with a rubber spatula, then add ground black sesame seeds, grated coconut and crushed peanuts
-
Knead it evenly with your hands until it becomes a dough
-
Roll the dough into small balls (about 10 grams each), place them on the baking sheet and flatten them slightly with your hands, and brush with egg yolk
-
Place in the middle rack of the oven preheated to 180 degrees, turn the heat up and down, and bake for about 15 minutes, until the surface is golden brown or colored to your favorite color
