Wash the pepper and prepare the pork belly.

Cut the pork belly into large pieces and marinate in starchy cooking wine for ten minutes.

Remove stems from green pepper and cut into pieces.

Add onion, ginger, garlic, and peppercorn oil to the pot, stir-fry the pork belly slices until oil comes out, then add the pepper cubes and stir-fry over high heat until cooked through.

Then add light soy sauce, cooking wine, and sugar, stir well, and serve on a plate.
