Rice with peas and diced bamboo shoots
Overview
I was very lucky to get a trial of Arowana. Arowana not only has oil, but also rice. The quality of the rice is very good. Today I used Arowana’s high-quality Northeast rice. This rice is fragrant and glutinous, has a mellow taste, and is delicious when cooked. The Northeastern rice produced by Arowana has neat grains and crystal clear rice grains. You can tell at a glance that it is rice milled from new rice. It is delicious when cooked. Pair it with the peas and bamboo shoots that are in season now to make a pot of rice full of freshness.
