Prepare old tofu and various fungi of your choice.

Cut the old tofu into thick slices, wash the shallots, remove the stems and cut them into chopped green onions, slice the garlic cloves and set aside.

Wash all kinds of fungi, cut into shreds and set aside.

Fry the old tofu on both sides until golden and crispy, take it out.

Dry the oil in the pot, add various fungi and stir-fry.

After the fungi are stir-fried until the water comes out, add the garlic cloves and continue stir-frying.

Add chopped green onion and light soy sauce and continue to stir-fry.

Finally add the butter and stir-fry until the butter is completely melted, then turn off the heat.

Spread the fried mushrooms on the bottom of the plate, and place the fried tofu on top of the mushrooms.
