Protein Cookies
Overview
Teacher Meng’s protein cake actually doesn’t use much protein. It's just different from ordinary Western cakes because it only uses egg whites. In my opinion, this cookie can also be called a protein cookie.

Prepare materials

Pour softened butter and icing sugar into a large bowl

Mix well with a spatula

Put into piping bag

Pipe into a crescent shape in a baking pan

Put in the oven, 170 degrees, middle layer, upper and lower heat, bake for about 25 minutes,
