Wash the chicken wings and make two diagonal cuts (if time allows, soak the wings in water for two hours)

Add auxiliary ingredients and seasonings and salt them (the longer the salting time is, the better the flavor will be)

In order to evenly distribute the flavor in the wings, stir several times during the salting process

The air fryer I choose for cooking, (it can fry the taste of fried food without using oil) is preheated at 200 degrees for 5 minutes

Put the salted wings into the air fryer. Pick up the accessories and do not add them to the fryer. Adjust the temperature to 180 degrees

Fry for five minutes, turn the wings over, and fry for another five to eight minutes
