After the water in the health kettle is boiled, pour the small sago directly into the hot water.

Pour the cooked sago into a strainer and rinse with cold water, then refrigerate for a while until ready to use.

Cut half of the mango pulp into 2CM cubes; chop the other half into fine pieces, the more chopped the better. Tear the grapefruit into pieces by hand.
