The vegetable, tofu and spicy soup hot pot I made today was very enjoyable! The vegetables are fresh vegetables provided by Xinyuan Sunshine Agriculture Co., Ltd., and there are several special vegetables that have never been seen or eaten before. In order not to overestimate the deliciousness, I specifically searched the Internet for the nutritional value and efficacy of these dishes. This hot pot uses four types of Xinnong brand vegetables - wheatgrass, beet, lettuce, and lettuce. The latter two are common vegetables that we often eat, and can be eaten raw or cooked. Now I will only introduce the first two beautiful vegetables! Ice grass is rich in natural plant salts, amino acids, carotene and other substances.
