Ice Cream Puffs
Overview
Puffs are a sweet treat originating from Italy. The fluffy and hollow cream dough is filled with cream, chocolate and even ice cream. Puffs are a symbol of good fortune, friendship, and peace. People are accustomed to stacking them in a tower shape on various festive occasions to seek romance in sweetness and share happiness in joy. Later, it spread to the United Kingdom, and the most indispensable part of afternoon tea and evening tea for all upper-class aristocrats was puffs. I like puffs, but as a lazy person like me, I only make them very few times. It is much more convenient to have puff pre-mixed powder. There is no need for complicated steps and a lot of links in the middle are omitted. The success rate is still high, which is especially suitable for me. Ice cream puffs combine the crispiness of puffs with the smoothness of ice cream. It tastes fresh but not sweet. It is worth trying.
