Home-style stir-fried dried cuttlefish with leeks, a kidney-tonifying dish. The dried cuttlefish is made from very small wild cuttlefish, freshly dried, and its meat is tender and delicious.

Take about 200 grams of freshly dried wild cuttlefish and soak it in water for about half an hour. Remove the bones and eyes, wash and drain the water and set aside.
