Now that I have grown up, my taste has changed and I have begun to accept and like this bitter taste. This bitter gourd stir-fried meat is rich in nutrients and tastes slightly bitter and salty. It has the nourishing effects of promoting diet, reducing inflammation and fever, preventing cancer and lowering blood sugar.
