Braised fish meatballs with radish
Overview
My daughter especially likes to eat fish meatballs, so every weekend I will buy some dace, add a small amount of pork and chop it together to make meatballs. The fish meatballs are stewed with radish, it is sweet and delicious!

Peel and cut radish into cubes

First put oil in a non-stick pan, then fry the fish over low heat

Add oil, ginger and garlic to the pan and saute until fragrant, then add radish

Stir-fry the radish

Add water and simmer

Once the fish balls are fried, flip over and fry the other side

Place the fried fish balls on top of the radish and simmer

Pay attention to stir-frying during the stewing process

Simmer until the juice is reduced and add salt and soy sauce to taste
