Have all materials ready

Pour black sesame seeds into the pot and stir-fry over low heat until they crackle, pour out and set aside

Pour in glutinous rice flour and stir-fry over low heat until slightly brown

Take 1/3 of the sesame seeds and all the peanuts and pour them into a food processor to crush them. The finer they are, the better

Add a spoonful of glutinous rice flour to the remaining sesame seeds and grind into powder in a food processor

Pour it all out and mix with peanut and sesame powder

Pour water, milk powder, granulated sugar, and honey into a pot and bring to a boil over medium-low heat until the sugar melts

Pour in all the remaining glutinous rice flour and sesame peanut flour, and mix quickly until there is no dry powder

Take a four-inch cake mold and grease it with oil. It is better to use a 2-inch mousse ring
