Cordyceps flowers mixed with cucumber and fungus
Overview
After eating too much fish and meat, it is inevitable to want light side dishes. Today, I used spicy kewpie salad dressing to make a refreshing meal. It is light and delicious. Check it out if you like:

Soak fungus and cordyceps flowers in advance

Crush the cucumber and cut into sections and set aside

Blanch the fungus in boiling water, then take it out, rinse, dry and set aside

As shown in the picture, scald the Cordyceps flowers, remove and dry them for later use
