Homemade Guizhou fragrant tofu
Overview
I have been staying in Guangdong for many years since graduation. I got married and had a baby at the end of last year, so I have been staying at home. I never had a good night's sleep with my baby. In rural areas, it is not easy for women. The Chinese New Year is about to come, and everyone is making a lot of delicious food, such as bacon, sausages, pickles, etc. Anyway, there are too many. The person in my family is a typical representative of delicious food. In fact, most Guizhou people are very delicious. Every meal can't be done without meat or wine, especially during the New Year and festivals, when there is everything on the table. All this depends on the hard work of women. In addition to working, when men are at home, they sit on the sofa with their legs crossed, smoking cigarettes and watching TV, waiting for their wives to cook delicious food. I have never stayed at home and I don’t know how to cook many hometown dishes. What can I do? All food and supplies for the family have to be bought on the street. It is really difficult for one person to support a family with only one income. So as a woman in the family, you have to learn even if you don’t know how to do it. This year I learned how to make tempeh and molded tofu. He likes to eat them, and they are very expensive when sold on the street. I don’t really like eating spicy hometown flavor now, although it is very painful to change my taste. But in order to satisfy his taste, no matter how busy or tired he is, he has to learn to make something. Today I will share the hometown flavor I made for the first time with my friends in the food world. May all my friends in the food world take their cooking skills to a higher level in the new year.
