Prepare ingredients for later use.

Wash and peel the ginger and lotus root.

Grind lotus root and ginger into velvet.

Let the rubbed lotus root antler drain for 5 minutes.

Squeeze out the water. (Don’t squeeze it too dry)

Add 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, pepper, chicken essence and salt to the lotus root puree to taste.

Make them into small pills.

Heat oil in a pot until it is 6.7% hot. Fry lotus root over medium-low heat until golden brown.

Serve on a plate with tomato sauce.
